- Responsible for day-to-day execution of the entrusted works as per the approved plans.
- Overseeing building work.Undertaking surveys.Setting out sites.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Supervising contracted staff.
- Maintain proper discipline and punctuality at site.
- Maintain the quality of works & ensure safety procedures are followed
- Periodically report the progress of works, issues needing decisions from clients / project team to the section in charge.
- Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
