Roles & Responsibility
❖Design & Planning-Develop comprehensive design and planning proposals that meet client requirements and regulatory standards. Utilize visualization tools in drawings such as Autocad & Revit and Bim Modeling. Utilize interior design principles to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of architectural spaces.
❖ Project Coordination -Execute site work efficiently, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines. Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Coordinate and manage the filling of drawings effectively, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
❖ Oversight of Construction -To guarantee that the design is implemented, track the construction process. During the construction phase, deal with design-related issues. To keep quality control, visit and inspect the place.'
❖ Regulatory Compliance-Verify that designs comply with safety requirements, building ordinances, and other necessities. Obtain the required regulatory authorities' approvals and permits.
Skills Required
❖ Residential group housing or commercial MALL projects.
❖ Proven experience in site execution work within the real estate industry.
❖ Understanding proficiency in architectural design and planning, with a keen eye for detail.
❖ Proficiency in interior design concepts and techniques.
❖ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
