Sansu is a 38 year old Die Casting company (GDC, HPDC, LPDC) in Narsapura Industrial Area (after Hoskote on Old Madras Road).
We are looking for a smart, independent Quality engineer who can manage IATF documentation, prepare timely reports, handle and ensure process compliance and interact with customer complaints. Should be Diploma/BE with minimum 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure Die Casting process compliance
- Manage ISO/IATF documentation
- Oversee inspection of incoming and outgoing material
- Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, and safety goals/KPIs.
- Handle customer complaints and relevant documentation
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities (8D) and Optimize The testing process
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
Skills and Qualifications Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 10 Years work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
- Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
- Die Casting Process knowledge is a MUST

- GDC/LPDC/PDC Expertise
- Superb computer competence, including database management
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
