We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to lead and manage overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and team management within hotels, resorts, or hospitality organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR and administrative operations
- Handle recruitment and manpower planning for hospitality operations
- Supervise onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, PF, ESI, and other statutory activities
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
- Support management in HR strategy and organizational development
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and units
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and statutory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple units and workforce operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with hotel / resort industry experience will be given priority
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
