As a Sales Specialist at Dazzler Interior, you'll be the driving force behind our sales process. Take complete ownership, from qualifying the leads (potential Interior Design Customers) to converting them into valued customers for Dazzler Interior. Operate autonomously, set your own schedule, and enjoy generous rewards for surpassing ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify new leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers.
- Translate homeowner desires into clear project scopes and budgets.
- Showcase Dazzler Interior's unique value proposition.
- Negotiate deals with confidence, overcome objections, and secure client commitments using persuasive communication skills.
- Ensure a seamless transition between yourself and the design team.
- Provide all necessary information and set the stage for a successful project.
- Analyze your sales funnel, identify improvement areas, and proactively adapt your approach to maximize conversion rates.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a track record of over 3-5 years of experience in B2C, B2B or high-value item sales, consistently surpassing individual targets.
- A natural relationship builder with an innate ability to understand people's needs and exceed their expectations.
- Capable of captivating an audience, explaining complex design concepts in simple terms, and building trust effortlessly.
- Thrive in an independent environment, manage time effectively, and take ownership of your results.
- Comfortable analysing numbers, identifying trends, and using insights to optimize your sales approach.
Push Customer for bookings and focus on:
- Reducing TAT from Proposal to closure.
- Maximizing BGMV.
- Close the booking and move the project to DIP phase.
- Create WhatsApp groups with Customers and family, share DIDS Experience Video and fix the date & time for Briefing calls.
- Hold the Briefing call with the Customer along with the Designer and capture all the customer requirements.
- Collect property details.
- Share MoM with the Customer after the Briefing call.
Academics:
Interior designer or MBA from Tier 2 institute | Any Graduation
( Mandatory experience in Sales, preferably in Interior Decor or allied industry )
Interior Designing/Architecture/Civil Engineering background is a plus.
- Should be able to communicate in English.
