Amazon Account Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon SEO, product listings, PPC advertising, inventory management, and account health.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Amazon Seller Central account on a daily basis.
- Create and optimize product listings using Amazon SEO best practices.
- Perform keyword research and optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
- Launch and manage Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Handle inventory planning and coordinate replenishment.
- Manage customer queries, returns, and feedback.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with designers for product images, A+ Content, and Brand Store updates.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and product ranking.
- Experience with Amazon PPC.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Good understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Jewelry, Fashion Accessories, Spiritual Products, or Lifestyle categories.
- Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
- Experience launching new products on Amazon.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Increase organic rankings for products.
- Improve sales and conversion rates.
- Reduce ACoS and improve ROAS for PPC campaigns.
- Maintain excellent account health.
- Achieve monthly sales growth targets.
