We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tour & Holidays Executive to support the growth of our inbound, outbound, and domestic holiday business.
Position Summary
The Tour & Holidays Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling holiday packages, preparing customized travel itineraries, coordinating tour arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the travel journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the travel industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Promote and sell domestic, inbound, and outbound holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and travel partners.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Tour Operations
- Coordinate hotel reservations, flight bookings, transfers, sightseeing, visas, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, destination management companies (DMCs), and other suppliers.
- Ensure timely confirmation of bookings and travel documentation.
- Monitor tour operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Package Development
- Assist in developing attractive holiday packages based on customer demand and market trends.
- Prepare tour costing and pricing under the guidance of the Manager.
- Maintain updated information on destinations, hotels, attractions, and travel regulations.
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, travel confirmations, and related documents.
- Update CRM and booking systems regularly.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and operational reports.
Business Development Support
- Assist in developing new business opportunities and promoting company services.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by sharing product information and travel content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Tourism will be an added advantage.
- IATA/UFTAA or other professional travel certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in the Tours & Travel industry.
- Experience in holiday package sales, itinerary preparation, tour operations, or travel consulting.
- Candidates with UAE/GCC travel industry experience will be given preference.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations.
- Experience in preparing holiday itineraries and tour quotations.
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar) will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of visa procedures, travel insurance, and travel documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and travel management software.

Compensation
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
