Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate sourcing and a strong network of channel partners. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, expanding our network, and playing a crucial role in driving sales through effective property sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing channel partners.
· Identify and generate new networks of channel partners across multiple locations.
· Source potential clients through various channels and communicate property options effectively.
· Engage directly with clients to understand their property needs and guide them through available options.
· Maintain a comprehensive database of sourced leads, property listings, and partner networks.
· Track and analyse current real estate market trends, including competitor activities in target areas.
· Support the sales and business development team by ensuring a steady inflow of qualified leads.
· Conduct site visits with channel partners and clients to provide first-hand property insights and strengthen relationship management.
· Ensure all sourced leads and partner interactions are documented accurately and followed up within defined timelines to maintain a high conversion rate.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1+ years of prior experience as a Sourcing Manager in the real estate sector is mandatory.
· Proven track record in building and maintaining strong channel partner networks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and partners.
· Strong knowledge of Thane and surrounding real estate markets.
· Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Good analytical skills to monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
· Proficiency in maintaining lead records and using basic office tools (Excel, etc.).
· Should be proactive, target-driven, and possess strong negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
