Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers in choosing travel packages, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
No prior experience in the travel industry is required. Training will be provided to help you understand our products, sales process, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell domestic travel packages.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, offers, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel sales or holiday package sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of popular Indian tourist destinations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is preferred.
