Requirements:
✔ MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
✔ 2–8 years of HR experience (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred)
✔ Knowledge of Recruitment, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
