Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area, coordinate patient appointments, handle follow-up communications, maintain records, and serve as a key liaison between patients and doctors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-service-oriented approach to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations & Front Desk Management
- · Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- · Manage the reception desk and ensure a positive patient experience.
- · Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- · Provide accurate information regarding appointments, services, and clinic procedures.
Appointment & Schedule Coordination
- · Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- · Coordinate with doctors regarding consultation schedules, session availability, and changes.
- · Manage patient slots efficiently to optimize clinic operations.
- · Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
Follow-Up & Patient Engagement
- · Conduct follow-up calls with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and feedback.
- · Maintain regular communication with patients to ensure continuity of care.
- · Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate medical staff when necessary.
Records & Administrative Support
- · Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- · Update appointment schedules, patient databases, and clinic management systems.
- · Ensure confidentiality and compliance with patient data privacy requirements.
- · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports as required.
Coordination & Communication
- · Act as a bridge between doctors and patients for scheduling and communication.
- · Coordinate session timings, treatment schedules, and patient flow.
- · Support doctors and clinic staff with administrative and operational requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- · Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- · 1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk operations, patient coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- · Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- · Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and clinic/hospital management software (preferred).
- · Ability to multitask, maintain records, and work in a fast-paced environment.
