Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations across Jaipur and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational institutions regularly.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Management, Career Counselors, and Placement Heads.
- Establish partnerships for seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, scholarship tests, and student engagement programs.
- Generate opportunities for student counseling, enrollments, and institutional collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational stakeholders.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the brand's presence in the education ecosystem.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the successful execution of events and collaborations.
- Maintain records of meetings, partnerships, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, education sales, institutional sales, or business development preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Travel Allowance (if applicable)
