Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel
- Recommend holiday packages, flights, hotels, and tour options
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Manage bookings and ensure accurate documentation
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and deals
- Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in travel/tourism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
- Knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a travel agency or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with international destinations and visa processes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
