Department POC
Role Summary: Acts as the bridge between client expectations and internal content execution. Owns planning, communication, and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary client SPOC for creative deliverables
- Create and manage content calendars (monthly/quarterly)
- Lead all creative planning discussions (campaigns, launches, themes)
- Share MOMs, drafts, and approvals with clients
- Schedule and lead review/approval calls
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with writers and designers
- Daily alignment with execution heads of content and design
- Align creative team with SEO & performance requirements
KPIs:
- On-time delivery %
- Approval turnaround time
- Client satisfaction & retention
- Planning accuracy (rework due to poor briefs)
- Internal coordination efficiency
Ideal Profile:
- 5–7 years of experience
- Strong communication + planning skills
- Good understanding of content across formats (social, blogs, ads)
- Excellent presentation and deck preparation skills with strategic insights
- End-to-end account management experience
- Agency background preferred
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
