We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused HR Executive to manage hiring and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing people processes with ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end hiring across operations, warehouse, customer support, marketing, e-commerce, sales, and office roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
2. HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee records.
- Track attendance, leave, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Handle employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.
3. Process & Administration
- Maintain HR trackers, employee documentation, and basic HR processes.
- Support implementation of HR policies and workplace discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in hiring for D2C brands, e-commerce, startups, or consumer businesses preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and recruitment skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously.
Qualifications
- No degree requirement — relevant experience and capability matter more than formal education.
- Prior HR or recruitment experience preferred.
