About us : We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Furniture Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom walk-in customers, explaining furniture products, generating sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers in the showroom professionally
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture products
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams for order execution
- Maintain showroom display and product presentation
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Maintain customer database and daily sales reports
- Support promotional activities and showroom events
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Billing Software)
- Customer handling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of furniture products will be an advantage
- Positive attitude and team-working ability
Qualification :
- Graduate Preferred
- Experience: 1–3 Years in Furniture Showroom / Retail Sales preferred
Salary :
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
