Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate invoices, bills, and payment receipts
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Handle customer billing queries and payment follow-ups
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Assist in GST filing, tax documentation, and financial reporting
- Update accounting entries in ERP or accounting software
- Monitor pending payments and coordinate with clients/customers
- Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and receipts
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment processes
- Ensure accuracy in billing details and financial data entry
- Prepare reports related to billing, collections, and account status
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
