Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash transactions
- Maintain product displays and ensure store cleanliness
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist in stock management and inventory checks
- Follow store policies and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales industry.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)
- Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge for billing systems
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Interest in jewellery and fashion trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
