- Production Management: Plan and execute daily/weekly roasting schedules to meet consumer demand and sales forecasts.
- Quality Assurance & Sensory Evaluation: Establish standard roasting profiles. Conduct routine sensory evaluations (e.g., cupping or taste-testing) and color analysis to ensure product consistency and defect detection.
- Compliance & Food Safety: Enforce industry regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and OSHA safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule roasting operators and shift supervisors. Foster a continuous improvement and high-performance culture on the production floor.
- Equipment Maintenance & Operations: Oversee the preventative maintenance and calibration of roasting machinery, destoners, and afterburners. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
