ABOUT THE ROLE - The Sales Manager at Tickle Wickle is a senior, independent contributor responsible for driving revenue across all booking categories — birthday party packages, memberships, school group visits, and corporate events. This is a relationship-driven role that requires the ability to manage the full sales cycle autonomously, from first contact through to confirmed booking. The ideal candidate brings experience from service-oriented industries where sales is built on consultation, trust, and long-term client relationships, and where the ability to manage multiple live enquiries with discipline and professionalism is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Receive and convert qualified inbound leads passed by the CRM Executive, across birthday party bookings, membership enquiries, group visits, and corporate event requests. – Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all booking categories; maintain accurate pipeline records and report on forecasts regularly. – Proactively identify and develop B2B opportunities with schools, playgroups, nurseries, residential societies, and corporate clients in Gurgaon. – Manage the complete sales process independently — initial consultation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and booking confirmation. – Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings, referrals, and long-term account value. – Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless handover of confirmed bookings and alignment on client commitments. – Represent Tickle Wickle at relevant community engagements, school events, and partnership opportunities. – Provide structured feedback to the CRM and marketing teams on lead quality, conversion trends, and market-level observations.
REQUIREMENTS – 4–7 years of sales experience in a service-oriented industry, with a strong track record of independently managing end-to-end sales cycles and meeting revenue targets. – Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships in a consultative sales environment. – Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse client profiles — from individual families to institutional decision-makers. – High degree of self-organisation; capable of managing a large volume of concurrent enquiries with accuracy and follow-through. – Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management, activity logging, and reporting. – Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Established network within Gurgaon's school, residential, or corporate community. – Experience selling service packages, memberships, or experience-based offerings. – Familiarity with the family entertainment, leisure, or events sector.
