Job Summary
As an AI & Applied Machine Learning Instructor at MohJay Infotech, you will play a key role in training and mentoring students and professionals in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing and delivering industry-focused training programs that combine theoretical concepts with real-world practical implementation.
Your expertise will help learners gain hands-on experience in machine learning models, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, AI tools, and deployment techniques required to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving AI industry.
This role requires strong technical expertise, practical industry exposure, and excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for students and professionals with varying levels of AI/ML knowledge.
- Deliver training through classroom sessions, virtual platforms, live projects, and recorded tutorials.
- Teach core concepts Like:
-Artificial Intelligence fundamentals
-Machine Learning algorithms
-Deep Learning
-Natural Language Processing (NLP)
-Computer Vision
-Generative AI and LLMs
-Prompt Engineering
-AI model deployment
-Provide hands-on guidance using tools and technologies such as:
-Python
-TensorFlow
-PyTorch
-Scikit-learn
-Pandas & NumPy
-OpenAI APIs
-Hugging Face
-Jupyter Notebook
- Develop real-time projects and case studies to help learners apply concepts practically.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, frameworks, and industry advancements.
- Design, develop, and update AI & Machine Learning curriculum based on industry requirements.
- Create training materials, assignments, assessments, presentations, and coding exercises.
- Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and practical assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to improve learner performance.
- Assist learners in building portfolios, resumes, and project showcases.
- Support learners with career guidance and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training quality and learner engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong expertise in Python programming and machine learning frameworks.
- Practical experience with:
-Machine Learning Models
-Deep Learning
-NLP
-Generative AI
-LLM Applications
-AI Deployment
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for learners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in curriculum development and training delivery preferred.
