*Registered Nurse*
responsible for the complete nursing care of the patient assigned to her
assessing patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, implementing care plans, operating medical equipment, and documenting care in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Assess patient health and record symptoms
- Monitor vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate
- Administer oral and intravenous medications
- Assist doctors with physical exams and medical procedures
- Update electronic health records and patient charts
- Educate patients on home care and preventative health
