Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and post-production support.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, customer stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, design reviews, testing, training, deployment, and transition activities.
- Maintain RAID logs, action items, and project status reports.
- Conduct customer meetings, provide regular updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and resolve project risks and escalations proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in Enterprise Software, SaaS, Professional Services, or Consulting environments.
- Strong experience managing customer-facing implementation projects.
- Knowledge of project planning, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of CPQ, Pricing, CRM, ERP, Integrations, Data Migration, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in CPQ, Pricing, CRM, ERP, SaaS implementations, or enterprise software delivery.
- Exposure to integrations, workflow automation, testing, training, and deployment planning.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
