Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused person to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of continuous sales experience and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, customer engagement, and consultative selling.
This role involves interacting with healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, customer relationship management, sales support, and providing expert pharmaceutical guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Convert inquiries into sales through consultative selling and product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Promote pharmaceutical products, healthcare solutions, and value-added services to customers.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Provide professional guidance on pharmaceutical products, usage, availability, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Lead Management & CRM
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Track customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and sales pipeline status.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized commercial offers.
- Monitor conversion ratios and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct research on prospective customers, market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve sales effectiveness.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry developments, regulations, and product launches.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
Required QualificationsEducation
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, formulations, and healthcare industry practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer lifecycle management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
