- Analyze and monitor the performance of media and marketing team activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports and dashboards.
- Track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives with universities, schools, sports clubs, academies, and other institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with sports organizations and educational institutions.
- Communicate and coordinate with professional athletes, ambassadors, and influencers regarding collaborations, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Assist the media team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing campaign data.
- Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and content effectiveness.
- Maintain databases for outreach activities, partnerships, and campaign performance.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports for management.
- Work closely with the sales, branding, and media teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation of all communications.
