Job Summary
Speedways Rent A Car Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer inquiries, bookings, and social media platforms. Experience in the car rental or travel industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in clients.
- Manage end-to-end car rental bookings and ensure timely confirmations.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle availability and booking execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain daily booking records and prepare MIS reports.
- Handle and manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create and upload regular posts, promotional content, and updates on social media.
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries received through social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and brand promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or the Car Rental/Travel industry.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email communication.
- Strong negotiation, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the Car Rental, Travel, Hospitality, or Transport industry.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
