Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets for the organization. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Ensure proper CRM management and sales pipeline tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
