About Us
Royal Touch Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of interior furnishing solutions including blinds, curtains, wooden flooring, wallpaper, carpet tiles, wall panels, glass films, and insect mesh solutions. We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth customer communication and order processing.
Position: Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Support
- Handle incoming enquiries from phone calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product selection, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Schedule site visits for sales executives.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
2. Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare and share quotations as per company format.
- Follow up on pending quotations and update status.
- Coordinate with sales executives for measurements and order details.
- Ensure timely order confirmation and documentation.
3. CRM & Data Management
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM (Zoho Bigin).
- Track enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Generate daily and weekly sales reports.
4. Sample & Shade Card Management
- Maintain inventory of catalogs, shade cards, and sample books.
- Coordinate issuance and return of samples from sales staff.
- Keep sample records updated and organized.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, installation, and accounts departments.
- Follow up on order status and installation schedules.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Requirements
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in sales coordination, customer support, telecalling, or back-office sales.
3. Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
4. Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
5. Experience with CRM software will be preferred.
6. Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
Preferred Candidate
1. Experience in interiors, furnishing, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
