Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Quality Systems: Develop, maintain, and improve quality control systems, inspection protocols, and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, manufacturing, R&D, suppliers, and QA/QC teams to maintain consistent quality throughout production.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and document quality performance metrics, provide insights to management, and track effectiveness of quality improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, implement Lean or Six Sigma practices, and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Requirement is for another plant i.e. Ideate Energy Pvt. Ltd.
- 3-5 years of experience required in CNG /Oil & GAS /CBC Industry.
- Qual: B Tech (mechanical).
