Under the general guidance and supervision of the F&B Manager and F&B Executive, within the limits of established corporate Policies, Procedures and Food and Beverage Manual, responsible for assisting the Manager and Executive to provide Food and Beverage in assigned outlet.
- Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ he
- Guest interaction, menu planning.
- Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.
- Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly
- Organizing duty roster of service staff.
- Cost control, inventory.
- The restaurant captain must ensure that the restaurant is neat and presentable. A restaurant captain ensures that all centerpieces are on the tables properly and that linens, silverware and glasses are clean.
- It is their job to ensure all hosts and waiters are adequately trained, informed of the restaurant's policies and knowledgeable about menu items and daily specials.

Computer Literary Required

Basic Computer Knowledge, Internet Savvy.
Salary
:
Rs 8000-10000 Per Month Depending On Experience
