Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lectures in accordance with the prescribed diploma syllabus.
Practical Instruction: Supervise laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops to ensure students gain technical proficiency.
Student Assessment: Design and evaluate internal assignments, unit tests, and semester examinations.
Mentorship: Act as a mentor to students, providing guidance on academic performance and career pathways.
Administrative Duties: Maintain student attendance records, contribute to department meetings, and assist in college events or admission initiatives.
Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and discipline within the college premises.
