.Maintain accurate logistics data, including shipment tracking, inventory levels, delivery statuses, and reverse logistics records in the company CRM and Excel.
∙Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports on logistics metrics (e.g., delivery timelines, vendor performance, reverse pickup rates) during weekly/fortnightly team meetings.
∙Coordinate with logistics vendors for timely deliveries, reverse pickups, and issue resolutions; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure SLAs are met.
∙Act as the primary point of accountability for all logistics-related activities and data, including troubleshooting delays, discrepancies, and compliance issues.
∙Manage reverse logistics processes, such as coordinating device returns, repairs, refurbishments, and redeployments for IT assets like laptops, mobiles, and peripherals.
∙Monitor vendor performance, negotiate minor escalations, and recommend process improvements to optimize costs and efficiency. ∙Collaborate with Helpdesk, IT support, and field teams to align logistics with service tickets and mobility deployments.
∙Ensure data integrity and generate ad-hoc reports using advanced Excel functions for decision-making.
