About the Role
SOS School of Skills is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Faculty to deliver engaging, industry-relevant training in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping students with practical HR knowledge, preparing them for real-world HR roles, and mentoring them throughout their learning journey.
The faculty member should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a learner-centric approach to teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Human Resources concepts and practices.
- Teach core HR subjects, including:

- Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Employee Engagement
- Labour Laws & Industrial Relations
- HR Analytics
- HRMS and Recruitment Tools
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical workshops, case studies, mock interviews, and role-play sessions.
- Mentor students and provide career guidance for HR roles.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and presentations.
- Keep course content updated with the latest HR trends, tools, and employment practices.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews, resume building, and corporate expectations.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and interactive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, corporate training, or teaching.
- Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, employment laws, and HR technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
