Business Development Executive (BDE)
Roles & Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
* Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
* Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and client onboarding.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents.
* Maintain CRM records and update daily sales activities.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.
* Support the company’s business growth and brand development initiatives.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good negotiation and convincing ability.
* Basic understanding of ERP/Odoo solutions will be an added advantage.
* Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
* Good presentation and documentation skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Language Requirement
* Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
* Ability to communicate professionally with international and domestic clients.
* Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
