Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team for a full-time, on-site role at our office located in Goa, India. As a Web Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain websites; collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces; and implement backend systems for optimal performance and security. Responsibilities include staying up-to-date with emerging web technologies, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and debugging and troubleshooting code to enhance existing platforms.
Qualifications
- Web Development: Proficiency in developing scalable and responsive websites with expertise in both front-end and back-end solutions.
- Front-End Development: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Back-End Development and Programming: Proficiency in languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Java, and experience working with databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
- Web Design: Knowledge of UI/UX design principles with experience in creating visually appealing and user-centric web interfaces.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles for on-page optimization.
- Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlines and project goals.
