Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Customer Care Executive. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving their issues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include providing timely and accurate information, assisting with service-related transactions, and identifying opportunities to promote relevant services and solutions. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within the team to enhance the overall customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge and aptitude for Sales and relationship management
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude toward conflict resolution
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
