About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales & Services Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and resolving service-related queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback reports.
Service Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer service-related queries and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers after service delivery to ensure their requirements are met.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service requests.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer databases and records.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering (any discipline) or Graduation in any stream from a recognized institute/university.
Experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and develop new business.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
Compensation & Benefits
