Role overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager / BD Lead to own the new-business pipeline and proposals - bringing on D2C and consumer brands as clients. You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal.
Key responsibilities
- Own lead generation, outreach and the new-business pipeline.
- Build proposals, pitches and commercial scoping for prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first call to close.
- Partner with leadership and delivery teams on pitches and onboarding.
- Track pipeline, conversion and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years in business development / sales, ideally agency or B2B services.
- Proven record of closing new business at a marketing / creative agency.
- Strong communication, proposal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable owning targets and a sales pipeline.
Tools: CRM (HubSpot / Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
