Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Consultant, Full Stack Architect to design, architect, and lead the development of scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise applications. The role combines deep hands-on expertise in full-stack technologies with solution architecture responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery across frontend, backend, cloud, DevOps, and data platforms. The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions while providing technical leadership and architectural guidance.
Key responsibilities
Lead cross-functional development teams across frontend, backend, DevOps, and cloud engineering functions.
Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and engineering best practices for enterprise applications.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies and open-source frameworks.
Build and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.
Architect robust, scalable, secure, and distributed systems capable of supporting large-scale enterprise operations.
Lead cloud strategy and execution within AWS environments using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Aurora MySQL, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
Drive DevOps transformation initiatives and CI/CD automation practices.
Advanced expertise in database management including MySQL, Amazon Aurora MySQL, and scalable cloud-native data architectures.
Optimize database architecture, query performance, indexing strategies, replication, and high-availability configurations across complex enterprise systems.
Strong expertise in open-source technologies and full-stack application development with proficiency in Node.js, Redux, and Angular.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS/Aurora MySQL.
Ensure application, infrastructure, and database security best practices are followed across all environments.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 8–12 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
Strong expertise in full-stack development, including modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and backend technologies (.NET, Node.js, Java, or similar).
Proven experience in solution architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps practices, and scalable application design.
Hands-on experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture reviews, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
