Salary: Gross ₹43,000/- per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Engineer (Electrical) to oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in a high-rise commercial facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and safe operation of all electrical infrastructure and related building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and maintenance of electrical systems in the facility.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, transformers, LT/HT panels, UPS systems, and associated equipment.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities.
- Monitor electrical loads, energy consumption, and equipment performance.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain maintenance records.
- Attend emergencies and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Support facility operations and technical team activities as required.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management, preferably in high-rise commercial buildings.
- Sound knowledge of:
- DG Sets
- Transformers
- LT & HT Electrical Systems
- UPS Systems
- Electrical Panels
- Building Maintenance Operations
- Safety Procedures and Compliance
Skills Required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross Salary: ₹43,000/- per month
