HR Recruiter Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and HR operations. It's an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Support the HR team with documentation and other HR-related activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
