About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Soft Skills & Communication Trainer to help technically skilled interns and fresh graduates enhance their communication, presentation, and professional skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing learners to communicate confidently, deliver impactful presentations, and develop the workplace skills required to succeed in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions on communication, presentation, and soft skills.
- Coach learners on public speaking, confidence building, and effective workplace communication.
- Train participants on presentation delivery, audience engagement, and professional etiquette.
- Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to improve communication and presentation skills.
- Assess learner progress and recommend development plans to enhance their overall professional effectiveness.
Skills & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Psychology, Education, Mass Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a Soft Skills, Communication, or Corporate Trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience in training students, interns, or fresh graduates is preferred.
- Passion for mentoring and developing young professionals.
