We are hiring Technical Sales Engineers for multiple locations across India to drive sales of capital and heavy precision industrial equipment. This role involves consultative, solution-based selling to industrial customers, EPC contractors, and large manufacturing plants.
This is not FMCG or retail sales. The role requires engineering understanding, site interaction, and long-cycle project sales exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical sales of capital / heavy precision equipment
- Develop and manage industrial & EPC customers
- Engage with plant heads, maintenance managers, project teams, and procurement
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
- Coordinate with application, service, and factory teams
- Build and grow long-term key accounts
- Achieve annual sales targets and territory growth
Requirements:
1. BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering
2. 0 - 5 years experience in:
- Industrial / technical sales OR
- Application / service engineering with strong customer interaction
3. Exposure to capital equipment / industrial machinery / precision tools
4. Comfortable with site work and travel
5. Strong communication & negotiation skills
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
