- Independently operate and manage the angle board production machine.
- Set machine parameters, production speeds, dimensions, and quality settings.
- Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime and wastage.
- Monitor product quality and make necessary machine adjustments.
- Troubleshoot common machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with production staff to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain machine cleanliness, safety, and production records.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience operating angle board/edge protector machines.
- Ability to independently set up and run the machine from start to finish.
- Knowledge of paper, adhesive, and production process requirements.
- Ability to identify and correct quality defects.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Understanding of production planning, wastage control, and efficiency improvement.
- Ability to train helpers and supervise machine operations when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in paper packaging, corrugated packaging, or related manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of scrap reduction.
- Candidates who have experience in machine installation support, production line commissioning, process stabilization, and operator training will be given preference.
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical experience preferred but not mandatory.
