Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at construction sites.
- Conduct inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and verify material test reports, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action reports.
- Ensure proper testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, aggregates, and other materials.
- Monitor workmanship quality and identify deviations from project requirements.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Assist in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in civil construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction materials testing and quality standards.
- Familiarity with IS codes, QA/QC procedures, and quality documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
