Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
* Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines
Requirements:
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
