Billing Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate accurate bills, invoices, and delivery challans
- Verify pricing, quantities, taxes (GST), and discounts
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with accounts team for payments and reconciliations
- Handle customer queries related to billing discrepancies
Delivery & Logistics Responsibilities
- Coordinate with delivery staff/transporters for timely dispatch
- Ensure correct packaging and labeling of goods
- Track deliveries and update status in records/system
- Handle returns, replacements, and delivery issues
- Maintain delivery logs and proof of delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–3 years in billing, logistics, or delivery coordination
- Basic knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, and GST
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
