Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to drive sales, assist customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products according to their needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Process billing, cash handling, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in promotional activities, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain sales records.
- Follow company policies and store operational procedures.

Qualification
