Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Listing Associate to manage and optimize product listings for our Textile category on Amazon. The role involves creating and maintaining product catalogs, ensuring listing accuracy, optimizing content for visibility, and coordinating with internal teams to drive product performance.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon Seller Central, textile product cataloging, and marketplace operations. A strong understanding of listing optimization and inventory management is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage textile product listings on Amazon.
- Prepare SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, and backend keywords.
- Coordinate with photography, content, and merchandising teams to obtain accurate product information and images.
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon catalog guidelines and category requirements.
- Update inventory, pricing, variations, size charts, and product attributes regularly.
- Create and manage parent-child variations for textile products.
- Resolve listing suppressions, catalog errors, stranded inventory, and quality issues.
- Monitor listing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings to improve organic visibility and sales.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across the product catalog.
- Coordinate with Amazon support for catalog-related issues when required.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon marketplace listing and catalog management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience in handling textile, apparel, home furnishing, or related categories preferred.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and SEO practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management and marketplace operations.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
