Job Summary
Criticam Medical Systems LLP is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content that showcases healthcare technology, medical equipment solutions, industry insights, customer success stories and training initiatives while building brand awareness among healthcare professionals, hospitals and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage content calendars across all social platforms.
- Design and publish posts, carousels, reels, videos and thought leadership content.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to convert technical information into engaging content.
- Create content around patient monitoring systems, critical care solutions, respiratory care equipment, biomedical services and healthcare technology trends.
- Manage LinkedIn as the primary B2B channel for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Capture and edit photos/videos from installations, training sessions, events and customer visits.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Engage with followers, healthcare professionals and industry partners.
- Coordinate with external designers, videographers and marketing agencies when required.
- Stay updated on healthcare, medical technology and social media trends.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B content creation.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos and carousel content.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging content.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, B2B technology or industrial sectors is preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
